Description
Swindon Borough Council have identified areas in the Borough of major and minor work to improve and extend the life of the condition of the assets. Work designs will be issued over the course of the contract.
The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £20,000,000 across the initial 5 (five) year contract.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 28 March 2024, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
