No guarantee either expressly or implied is given regarding the quality of the waste tyres and its suitability or otherwise for resale as 'part worn', re-treading or any other direct-sales process. As such all tyres should be considered unfit for re-use and are suitable for shredding / chipping and recycling / processing only. The waste tyres shall not be landfilled. The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from organisations in the waste management sector who may be interested in providing waste tyre collection, transportation and recycling solutions.
