The Council is initiating a pre-market engagement exercise to inform the forthcoming procurement of a Partnering Adviser. The Partnering Adviser will play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and operational delivery of the Council’s Repairs, Maintenance, and Capital Delivery contract along with a number of compliance contracts, helping to drive value and foster collaborative working practices.
