YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for public sector organisations requiring Emergency Response and Rescue Equipment and Services under the Procurement Act 2023. This is the third iteration of the previous DPS 001110 (under the now redundant Public Contracts Regulations 2015). The aim of the solution is to provide access to high-quality products and services for public sector organisations.
