Determine the sustainability of the results and interventions and any recommendations for future programs within the bigger SOKNOT landscape . Determine what were the main factors, processes and actors that impeded or contributed to success and sustainability of the projects outcomes thus far (or not); and identify opportunities and recommendations for further sustainability.
