The procurement process for the following solutions is expected to commence in March 2026 with the new contract commencing in Autumn 2026. •Rents and Service Charges management •Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance management Prior to launching the procurement process, Yorkshire Housing is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement exercise.
