Notice of Intention to Award via Direct Award Process C. Homerton Healthcare would like to commission a provider to provide Paediatric EEG diagnostic tests and support via Direct Award Process C. The current provider has been identified to continue to provide this service based upon key criteria as set out in the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
