A critical success factor is to ensure the new services are adaptable to changing needs of our populations(s) and new health and social care initiatives developed under the Better Care Fund (BCF), such as a single mobile /sitting solution that is jointly funded with Adults/Children Social Care in Tower Hamlets, and Whole Systems Integrated Care (WSIC). This service specification details the ICB's commissioning intention for an Integrated Wheelchair Service. The Contract is expected to commence in December 2024 for an initial period of 5 years. The contract may be extended for an additional period of 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The maximum contract value is £28,524,443.00 (annual contract value of £4,074,920.00).
