Description
The FCDO wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide Notary Services, to assist with the facilitation of acquiring, executing, and managing the FCDO global estate. These services will support the authentication and drafting of legal documents for use in international contexts. The notary services for which the Tenderer is invited to tender for include but are not limited to, notarial services, powers of attorney, legalisation, acting and attesting within foreign languages and translation services. The Notary Services tendered under this agreement will be used by the FCDO and other Government Departments and arms-length bodies, including the British Council, the UK’s leading culture and education institution. The Contract will be for an initial 5 year period with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
