The appointed service provider(s) will be expected to deliver a robust and scalable operating model to support a growing range of asset classes across public and private markets. Core services may include fund accounting, financial reporting, investor dealing, transfer agency, regulatory reporting, asset safekeeping, settlement, and oversight obligations as required under relevant FCA and AIFMD regulations. The procurement may also include ancillary services such as performance measurement, risk analytics, FX execution, investor reporting, securities lending support, ESG data integration, or related technology solutions, subject to further scoping.
