Description
The works comprise roof refurbishment at Great Arthur House as part of the Golden Lane Estate Investment Programme, including roof insulation and replacement of roof coverings, together with associated works to ensure weatherproofing and performance of the building fabric. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice.
