Description
As part of Nottingham Trent University's maintenance procedures, all ventilation systems are to be sampled and, if necessary, any areas falling out of acceptable limits (as identified in TR-19) are to be highlighted to Estates Engineers in the form of electronic reports. From this point, a ductwork cleaning tender will be issued to return unclean areas to acceptable levels. Additionally, a full clean of Nottingham Trent University's kitchen ventilation systems are to be completed (with primary focus on the extract systems - in accordance with 'TR19 - Fire Risk Management of Grease Accumulation within Kitchen Extract Systems). If necessary, any areas that can't be accessed for cleaning are to be highlighted to Estates Engineers in the form of electronic reports, with remedial action recommendations.
