Description
Appointment of Integrated Supply Team for Enniskillen Royal Grammar School, 1 Lough Shore Road, Enniskillen, BT74 5HD. The project will include the refurbishment of existing historical structures (circa 1,085m2) and the replacement of non-listed accommodation with new modern teaching facilities (circa 10,917m2) including mechanical and electrical services. External works include tennis courts, hard play areas, MUGA and grass sports pitches. A new access point along Lough Shore Road is also required to provide on-site bus access with parking provisions in accordance with planning services requirements. **Please note that the EA issued a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice on FTS on 1st August 2025 for this project.
