STAR Housing is seeking a Service provider of project works required at St Owens Road, comprising of Pitched roof replacement including the removal of finlock guttering, removal and renewal of cavity wall insulation, internal remedials works to include application of waterproof membrane and plastering works, and some external remedial works, demonstrating value for money. Potential Service Providers shall visit the site prior to tendering and shall contact the building surveyor directly on 07807 228206 or email [email protected] to arrange a convenient time for a visit.
