Description
This Framework Agreement will facilitate the delivery of All age continuing care assessment and review services, alongside existing NHS delivery teams. This will reduce the existing backlogs, patient waiting times will be reduced, referrals and urgent requirements will be expedited, service quality will be improved and patient satisfaction will be positively impacted. This invitation to tender (ITT) process will be conducted under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) known as the “Light Touch Regime.” The process will be similar to that of the Open Procedure described in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) but the Awarding Authority will not be bound by the terms of this Regulation or of any other Regulation save as provided for in Chapter 3 Section 7 of the aforementioned Regulations.
