Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 January 2024 for the following reason: 10. Deadline for Expression of Interest Amended to: Date: 19th January 2024 Time: 14:00(The University of Bath needs a gas permeability tester (or a set) for scientific research and product testing in various disciplines such as materials science, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. The equipment will be used to study gas penetration (e.g. moisture vapour, O2, CO2, H2) in diverse samples like films, sheets, membranes, panels, metal foils, and packages. It should provide accurate data on gas permeability rate under changing conditions like temperature, humidity, and sample size.)
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
