Description
To provide West Yorkshire Combined Authority with a planned, reactive maintenance and repair service to any of WYCA’s properties located throughout the West Yorkshire area. Works shall include all items as may be relevant to the installations and in accordance with details indicated elsewhere in the specification. Provision for the attendance to breakdowns as instructed by WYCA in accordance with the required service level agreements. The Contractor shall guarantee that appropriate qualified labour is available 24 hours a day 365/6 day a year.
