A national framework covering a range of advertising relevant to the public sector, including recruitment via agency and self service recruitment advertising direct to a job board without any recruitment agency involvement, public notices, advertising campaigns, student marketing, public relations services, management of commercial advertising space and e-recruitment and related systems.
