Description
In seeking a partner to work with us through provision of a Fully Managed Employee Hub, the University is looking to maintain and improve our position as an employer of choice. In an increasingly competitive global environment for talent, it also seeks to increase its attractiveness in attracting staff, and in retaining existing employees.
The vision for an employee hub is to offer our employees a creative and exciting package of wellbeing, recognition, reward and voluntary benefits accessed through a single cohesive solution.
We are looking to engage with a partner who will ensure our legal and financial obligations, including HMRC Regulations and GDPR are met.
