Description
Wychavon District Council is seeking a partner to support the delivery of a waste reduction campaign as part of Wychavon's environment resident engagement promise in the We Are Wychavon Plan.
While the focus of the campaign should be primarily on engaging residents to deliver a change in their waste management behaviour, bidders are welcome to include other related elements of the promise including climate change, active travel and boosting biodiversity. Wychavon is open to ideas about how the engagement campaign is delivered but as a minimum the campaign should:
• Include full evaluation and data analysis to allow the council to monitor the impact and effectiveness of the campaign. • Include regular communication provided to residents engaged in the campaign. • Cross-promote and make use of other digital tools Wychavon is launching or already exist

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents
