Description
The council is seeking to procure a residential development partner to deliver mixed tenure housing schemes on a number of sites within the Council's ownership, which will be organised into 3 tranches. This Contract Notice is in relation to Tranche 1, which will consists of 4 sites known as Southern Grove (E3 4PN), Strout's Place (E2 7QL), 33-37 The Oval (E2 9DT), and 20 Three Colt Street (E1 5DQ).
