Description
The A46 Newark Bypass is a complex major infrastructure improvement scheme being developed by National Highways to widen a 6.5km stretch of the A46 to dual carriageway from the Farndon Roundabout to the Winthorpe Roundabout.
Skanska are currently preparing the scheme budget for National Highways, and wish to engage with the supply chain to support this budget pricing exercise.
To facilitate access to the Nether Lock Vaiduct piers, a temporary bailey bridge is required to span the River Trent, to enable access for construction plant, machinery and materials including Piling Rigs, Cranes, Steel Bridge Spans etc.
