Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) 'the Council' is running an open tender process on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMA) to establish a new framework agreement for the supply of Library stock materials.\r This is a collaborative procurement exercise undertaken by the following consortium members; Cambridgeshire County Council, Inspire, Nottingham City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Derby City, Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, Peterborough City Council and Rutland County Council District Council and any resulting framework agreement will be entered into on behalf of the Consortium by Derby City Council as the lead member of the consortium. Each member of the Consortium will be responsible for calling off the services they require.\r This new framework agreement will replace the current framework 'Provision of Library Stock to East Midlands & Mid Anglia Library (EMMAC) consortium' reference DN433696 which will end on the 31st of March 2024. \r \r The term of the framework agreement will be for 4 years.\r \r The call-off period will be for 4 years with the option of two extensions each of 12 months duration.\r \r To allow time for the call-off contracts and order forms to be completed and approved, there will be a period of mobilisation between the Framework Agreement Commencement Date and the Service Commencement Date. The Framework Agreement will commence from the 1st of February 2024 and the Service will commence from the 1st of April 2024. \r \r This is a new competitive procurement process using an open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement 2015 Regulations and advertised in the Find a Tender Service Find high value contracts in the public sector GOV.UK (www.gov.uk ).\r \r Please read all the tender documents.
