University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking a replacement ITIL-compliant ITSM system to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. UHB requires a robust solution that aligns with industry best practices and supports the Trust's commitment to patient care.
