Description
Lancaster University enforces parking policies and regulations by means of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs). This method of parking enforcement commenced at Lancaster University in October 2012, when vehicle immobilization was outlawed in England. The University is now looking to procure, by competitive tender, a new contract for suitable parking enforcement arrangements and the progressive delivery of digital innovation across the parking service. The successful tenderer will provide back office and systems support to the enforcement process. A detailed specification of our requirements is provided in Schedule One of this document.
