Description

Defra is seeking to commission work with the following aim and requirements:

Aim: Conduct controlled quarry trials of quieter technologies to clear UXOs and determine to what degree they result in lower sound levels when compared to deliberate high-order detonation. Scope: The UXO clearance technologies used in the trials must be suitable for commercial application in the UK marine environment. The trials must be undertaken in a controlled environment rather than in the marine environment.
