NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 July 2024 for the following reason: Deadline for expression of interest amended from 05/ 07/24 to 19/07/24(Manned OOH Telephone No. Attend within 2 hours. To carry out all "Out of Hours" emergency repairs, covering circa 1800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24 month period with the possibility of a 24 month extension (subject to regular quality reviews).)
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
