Description
The Supplier shall assist the Buyer in complying with its statutory duty to manage water safety across the Buyer's estate and comply with all UK Health and Safety Legislation and guidance including but not limited to compliance with COSHH, HSG274 and L8 ACOP in relation to the control of water systems and the risk from exposure to legionella bacteria.
Please note that the contract value of £7,000,000 has been calculated as being inclusive of the option to extend the contract by 2 x 12 month periods.
