Application For Preferred Provider Lists For The Provision Of Community Support And Specialist Residential And Nursing Services

The Authority commissions Community Support Services and Specialist Residential and Nursing Services for the following client groups under these ‘Approved Lists’: Complex Dementia (residential and nursing care only) Complex needs – clients with multiple impairments, acquired brain injury (ABI), physical and sensory impairments (PDSI) Learning Disability/Autism Mental Health (including Dual Diagnosis) Substance Misuse (including social care and physical health needs) Shared Lives The services are divided into a number of separate lists and providers can be categorised as either ‘Approved’ or ‘Preferred’. The Council re-opens these Approved Lists to new applicants at least annually.
