Description
Liverpool City Council is seeking to commission a city wide, multi-disciplinary, neighbourhood based weight management programme for children aged 3 – 16 and their parents which will:
Change knowledge and attitudes towards healthy eating and physical activity among the specified population group. Bring about behaviour change in children and families through individual and group based intervention.
