Description
The Liverpool City Centre Connectivity (LCCC) Major Scheme is a package of transport improvement measures aimed at supporting the economic growth of Liverpool and its position as a major visitor destination. There is an expectation that all schemes taken through to eventual Major Scheme Business Case will align with the Department for Transport’s WebTAG guidance on scheme appraisal. For the avoidance of doubt whilst there are eight component parts to the Liverpool City Centre Connectivity scheme for the purposes of appraisal by the DfT it will be a considered as a single scheme
