Description
Liverpool City Council (LCC) are developing a behaviour change intervention that will encourage and support increasing risk drinkers to drink less alcohol. We are looking for a creative agency to work together with us to develop an overarching brand, a range of creative themes for advertising to support our long-term strategy and creative and copywriting support for a campaign that is launching in February 2017.
