Description

Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking for an agency to work with us on a behaviour change campaign which aims to reduce drunkenness in Liverpool City Centre. We are looking to appoint an agency with proven and innovative digital skills to identify appropriate digital channels to engage our target audience and book suggested channels Liverpool City Council and our partners such as the local NHS and Merseyside Police have committed to reducing drunkenness in the city centre of Liverpool. Drunkenness has immediate health consequences such as ethanol poisoning, and can be a contributing factor in sexual violence, accidents and violent crime. Drunkenness also places a large burden on health, police and other public services.
