Description
Liverpool City Council (The Procurement Lead Authority) in collaboration with Halton BC, Knowsley MBC, Sefton MBC, St Helens MBC, Wirral MBC, Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West and Cheshire Council and Warrington BC is looking to contract for an Independent Healthwatch Advocacy Service across Merseyside and Cheshire, to enable the Local Authorities to meet their statutory obligations as set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
