Description
Liverpool City Council is keen to implement a Cycle Hire scheme which fully complements its policy frameworks and objectives. It is expected that the Cycle Hire scheme will be launched with 500 bikes in the city centre in the Spring of 2014 and then expanded in 2 tranches to a total of 1000 bikes before Spring 2015.
