The Retention of Retail Planning Consultants to advise Liverpool City Council in respect of the Liverpool Local Plan and Retail and Leisure Development Proposals

Retail consultants are required to provide on-going specialist advice, initially over a 2 year period, on retail and commercial leisure matters particularly in response to major planning applications both within the City and sub-region; and to provide technical support, including the preparation of evidence studies, with regards the preparation of retail policies which will form part of the Liverpool Local Plan.
