Description
The Council requires immediate propping / remedial works to the Finchley Lido roof structure. Single tender action has been approved and the DPR is attached. Health and safety is top priority, therefore the closure of the pool area was necessary. Extended durations of closure continue to impact the council, the incumbent leisure provider (GLL) will continue to file loss of revenue claims until the facility is operable again.
