Burnt Oak and West Hendon Broadway Improvements

To undertake a package of works to support the regeneration of Burnt Oak and West Hendon Broadway. The project will seek to: - create a design framework informing all future physical improvements to the area - provide support to local businesses in post-COVID recovery - delivering a number of physical interventions in the urban realm and on shopfronts to improve the feel and look of the area.

This is in response to ongoing challenges with the vitality and appearance of the high street, and the long term threats to retail that COVID has accelerated. The outcome is intended to be a renewed centre that is more attractive and better utilised by the rapidly expanding local population.
