Encouraging more connectivity between the assets of the town centre, including the future housing development on the Watling Car Park. Connectivty with both parks and the High Street through improved wayfinding and place-making.

The town centre in Burnt Oak needs to have a significant improvement to the public realm envelope, soft and hard landscaping, street furniture, along with pavements and highways.
