A housing scheme nearby to Childs Hill Park was approved on the agreement (section 106) that £230k be provided to improve the capacity and facilities of the park. In conjunction with the Friends of Childs Hill Park, a landscape architect has designed facilities for the park. Following competitive procurement this contract is for Blakedown Landscapes SE Ltd. to undertake the physical work at the park.
