Description

The London Borough of Barnet’s (LBB) Adults & Communities Delivery Unit (A&C) needs a fit for purpose system that supports the legislative requirements of the Care Act 2014 and the Care and Support statutory guidance.

In order to achieve all of the above, LBB contracted with Capita to implement the Mosaic system (manufactured by Servelec, formerly Corelogic). Whilst Capita has implemented the Mosaic system and it is in live operational use, the implementation has not met the requirements set by LBB and therefore in its current configuration and usage it is not considered by LBB to be a fit for purpose system.

LBB are awarding a contract to a new third party provider to complete the Mosaic Programme and deliver a fit for purpose Adult Social Care business system.
