Description
To appoint a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary transport and urban realm design team or consortia to deliver a deliver a high-level phased and costed multi-modal Sustainable Transport and Public Realm Delivery Plan for Colindale – the Connecting Colindale Delivery Plan (CCDP). This comprehensive plan will support growth and place-making in this high-growth area of Barnet. It will set the framework for improving the operation of roads, public transport, active and sustainable travel and improve the adjacent public realm, wayfinding and connectivity, taking account both of existing infrastructure delivery and future growth and development plans.
