Description
• Review and calculate the Total Development Costs, the Total Development Value and the Overage as at the Participation Date. • Provide evidence of the Overage Calculation with supporting information of the Total Development Value and the amount of the Total Development Costs for the time incurred. • Produce Data that the Council and/or the HCA (Homes and Communities Agency now known as Homes England) may request for inspection to enable them to verify the Overage Calculation. • Forensic and detailed appraisal of actual expenditure costs and revenue received for each phase using methodology recommended by RCIS.
