Description
The London Borough of Barnet (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to appoint a sole service provider (the ‘Provider’) to deliver Development Consultancy Services (the ‘Lot A Provider’) and a separate sole service provider to deliver Design Consultancy Services (the ‘Lot B Provider’) For Development Consultancy Services to appoint a suitably qualified multidisciplinary development practice to act as a single point commission to progress each site within the development portfolio to a RIBA Stage 3 design in anticipation of a planning submission for each site For Design Consultancy Services to appoint a suitably qualified multidisciplinary design practice to act as a single point commission to progress each site within the development portfolio to a RIBA Stage 3 design in anticipation of a planning submission for each site.
