Description
The Emergency Duty Service (EDT) is an essential statutory service that provides an emergency social care response out of hours. The London Borough of Harrow has delivered Emergency Duty services to Barnet Family Services and adults for over 20 years. This service was retendered in 2016 and received no bids. A new contract was awarded to The London Borough of Harrow in 2016 and this service has strengthened over time through strong partnership working, contract management and business development
