Description
LBB are seeking to transfer 2no. environmental permits (EPR/CB3403FJ & EPR/CB3403GQ) from LondonEnergy Ltd (LEL) and subsequently surrender the permits to the Environment Agency (EA).
In order to surrender the permits, ground investigations will need to be specified and undertaken to determine the extent of ground remediation required to restore the site to the condition it was in before the facility was put into operation.
This procurement is for a service provider to specify and undertake ground investigations, interpreting the results and producing the required documentation for the Site Condition Report (SCR).
