Description
Provision of ground investigation for Milespit Cemetery- Geotechnical intrusive survey is needed to understand the subterranean ground conditions. Capita geotechnical undertook a procurement exercise with three framework suppliers and Harrison Environmental Ltd was chosen due to being the cheapest than other two tenders. Harrison's Environmental Ltd has been used numerous occasions on other Capita schemes and are recommended. This has been approved by Matt Waters and LBB Client and approved COD will be issued in support. DPR not required as Harrison Environmental Ltd is a Capita Framework supplier. This is only to carry out intrusive survey and not appoint principal contractor so DPR is not applicable.
