Oakleigh road depot consolidation

The scheme currently comprises of three components:

Drainage and resurfacing Lighting & CCTV Works to facilitate salt storage Modular welfare unit

Three storey modular unit will facilitate welfare provisions for increased numbers of staff at the Oakleigh depot site, allowing the Council to meet their statutory requirement to provide sufficient welfare provisions.

For purposes of procurement, this procurement launch document is solely relating to the modular welfare block. It is deemed framework tender is the most viable approach for procurement.
