Description
The hydrotherapy pool at Oakleigh School is no longer fit for purpose and and recent investigations and initial options appraisal have determined that re-provision of the pool as a stand alone entity is the most preferable option at this time. This decision was been endorsed by Education & Families Capital Board and in August 2021, and LBB's Strategic Partner John Graham Construction Ltd have been asked to undertake RIBA Stage 2 design work relating to the replacement of the pool. Approval to enter into this contract with JGCL has been granted by a COD from the Assistant Director, Capital Works.
