Opportunity Development Site Assessment NS

The proposal is to commission a high level capacity study to explore the development potential of the New Southgate opportunity area. It is envisaged that the outcome of this proposal would result in the identification and development of a pipeline of development and placemaking projects/opportunities in the New Southgate area. The issues that would be tackled in this proposal include the identification and exploration of opportunity sites for housing and regeneration. The project is funded by One Public Estate funding
